Comparative management in International Business helps in providing a better view for comparison of International Management based on some important issues like styles of management, organizational structure, labor relations etc. in various countries. It helps in explaining, analyzing and understanding of various social and economic phenomena. It helps in dealing with the differences of management and other differences of various countries and their effect on International Business.
